| Representative Louis Gohmert (R-TX) has introduced H.R. 4127, an amendment to the Military Commissions Act of 2009. This bill would make it mandatory that all alien unprivileged enemy belligerents, like the 911 terrorist Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his co-conspirators, stand trial in a constitutionally established military commission rather than a civilian court. |
